Product Description

The Cassini C-R/D telescope is mounted on Cassini new Tracker altitude/azimuth mount. It's easy to use up and down, left and right movement allows tracking an object with unprecedented precision using both manual macro adjustments for aiming your telescope and manual micro adjustments for precise observing and tracking. The C-R/D includes Galileo's sturdy, fully adjustable, pre-assembled metal tripod featuring an accessory tray with slots to place 4 1" eyepieces or lenses and retractable rubber feet. The tripod also features a removable, red D observation light. The light can be used mounted for identifying eyepiece size or can be removed if the user wants to read instructions or star charts. The C-R/D optical tube assembly features an 0mm focal length. The primary mirror is mm in diameter and in mounted in a heavy duty mirror cell with push / pull collimation screws. The finder is Cassini Mars-Eye Electronic Finder which helps by getting the observer behind the telescope without losing the surrounding field of view when targeting objects. Included with the C-R/D are a 1" mm Eyepiece, a 1" 5mm Eyepiece, and a 3 element Astroscopic Barlow. Lastly, the I Stellarium M brings skies over your home or anywhere in the world.
