Overview: The Omni Cable Rewards Program is a service of Omni Cable. This program is provided for all specified eligible Omni Cable customers. All users of this web site agree that their access to and use of this web site are subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein and all applicable laws. Any access is undertaken at the user's own risk. These terms and conditions may change without prior notice. 

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to PRE-APPROVED distributors only. Stock orders or “Hold for Release” orders do not qualify. No unauthorized companies may participate in this promotion. Customers who separate (voluntarily or involuntarily) from employment with the purchasing company will have 30 days from their last day to redeem any remaining points. After 30 days has expired, any remaining points will be forfeited.


2. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: Once logged onto the on-line rewards site, you must agree to the terms and conditions herein.


3. PRIZE(s): No cash or other substitutions will be rewarded. Reward prizes are subject to change or discontinuation without notice. If a product is discontinued it will be replaced with one of equal value.


4. PROMOTION REDEMPTION: Winners will receive an email notification once the Omni Cable Reward Buck$ are uploaded to the promotion site with their personal login and password for the site


5. APPROVAL: Prizes are subject to distributor’s management and Omni Cable’s approval. Orders over $100,000 must be approved by Omni Cable Management.

Change: Omni Cable reserves the right, without prior notice, to discontinue or change the program at any time. Omni Cable reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for this program, the eligibility of rewards, the availability of rewards or points, the terms and conditions of the program will be resolved by Omni Cable at its sole discretion.  

Participant Enrollment: Each eligible customer will be automatically enrolled in the Omni Cable Rewards Program by clicking the Recognition link on the customer desktop to gain access to the program web site.

Redemption and Deduction of Points:

• Any Reward Points not redeemed within 30 days from separation of employment will be forfeited.
• Reward Points may only be used to redeem merchandise from the On-Line Catalog. Points are not redeemable for cash.
• The Reward Points you accrue do not constitute your property. You cannot transfer Reward Points to another participant. Reward Points have no monetary value except to the extent specifically provided for by a reward.

Claiming a Reward:

• Omni Cable reserves the right to modify the merchandise available in the Reward Points On-Line Catalog at any time and without notice.
• When you have obtained sufficient points, you may redeem an item(s) from those listed in the Omni Cable Rewards Catalog.
• Specific merchandise is subject to availability and substitutions may be made based on availability or market conditions.

Statements of Omni Cable Reward Points Earned:  This web site provides eligible participants with detail of transactions, as well as Omni Cable Reward point balances.

Termination of Program: Omni Cable reserves the right to terminate the Reward Points Program at any time without any prior notice to you. If the program is suspended or terminated, any unredeemed Reward Points must be redeemed within 30 days of the date of termination.  

Participant Program Tracking:  It is the responsibility of each eligible participant to use their awarded points to redeem items from the Omni Cable Reward Points On-Line Catalog. Awarded points can only be redeemed for merchandise presented in the Omni Cable Rewards Catalog.

Promotional Events: From time to time, Omni Cable, at its discretion, may sponsor events intended to promote participation in the Reward Points Program. These events may be terminated at any time, without cause or warning.   

Taxes: Merchandise redeemed under the program may be subject to applicable federal, state and/or local taxes. Payment of taxes resulting from these awards is the sole responsibility of the participating customer and not Omni Cable or any of its affiliates or agents. Omni Cable may report earnings under this program in accordance with federal, state and local regulations.

Shipping and Handling: Merchandise redeemed under the program is subject to shipping and handling charges. The shipping and handling charges are included in the point value associated with each item in the On-Line Catalog and are represented in the overall value of the item.

Privacy Notice: This web site is housed and operated by Online-Rewards on behalf of Omni Cable. The information collected on this web site will be used by Omni Cable in connection with the Omni Cable Reward Points Program. Online-Rewards will not provide your information to non- Omni Cable or non- Omni Cable third-party business partners without first obtaining your approval to do so.
